AIRapVideoAI at airapvideoai.com is operated by WUJUNHUI, an individual seller. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit, use available features, or contact support@airapvideoai.com.

Public generation and purchases are currently unavailable. Descriptions below identify what each integration processes when enabled; an example video is not a customer order or proof of an enabled service.

Information we process

• Accounts: the identifier, email address, name, and profile image supplied by Google sign-in, plus essential session information. We do not receive your Google password.
• Creative input: an adult photo, selected beat, theme, original lyrics, duration, and your rights confirmation when you submit an enabled generation. Only adult photos are permitted. You must be pictured or have every person’s consent, including anyone pictured with you. Celebrities, public figures and minors are prohibited.
• Jobs and outputs: task identifiers, progress, AI-generated audio and video, automatic safety-check outcomes, recovery records, and credit reservations and charges needed to deliver a result and resolve failures.
• Purchases: pack, order reference, amount, currency, payment status, credits, and refund records when checkout is enabled. Full card numbers and security codes are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by AIRapVideoAI.
• Support: messages and relevant order or job references you send us. Do not send passwords, card details, or prohibited material.
• Technical information: connection and security data needed to serve requests and prevent abuse, and the limited public-page measurements described below.

Purposes and providers

We use information to provide requested features, maintain account access, recover interrupted jobs, prevent abuse, reconcile payments and credits, answer support requests, and meet legal duties. Where applicable, processing relies on performance of our agreement, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and reliability, or consent for optional uses.

Cloudflare hosts the website, database, and private media storage. Google provides sign-in and Analytics when enabled. The integrated generation pipeline uses Kie to access Suno music generation and Kling AI Avatar Standard; enabled generation sends the relevant photograph, lyrics, and instructions to those services. Automated check services process the relevant inputs and outputs before delivery when configured. Public generation remains disabled until those checks are available. Waffo processes enabled checkout and refund transactions under its own terms and privacy information.

Providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards and their terms. We may disclose limited information when legally required or necessary to protect people and the service. We do not sell your personal information. Uploading does not authorize public marketing use of your photograph or output. We do not promise that provider-held data is erased immediately or used under a retention rule that has not been verified.

Storage, retention, and security

Account, task, support, and order records are kept for their service, security, accounting, and legal purposes. Media uses private access controls when stored; access to a result is limited to the account and permitted service processes. The configured media bucket has a seven-day expiry policy. This is not a promise of seven days of uninterrupted availability, immediate erasure of backups, or matching deletion by AI providers. Download results you want to retain.

You may request deletion of your account, uploads, and results through support. Records needed to investigate an unresolved order, prevent abuse, or meet legal duties may need to be retained. Provider-held copies and backups follow their applicable retention periods. No system can guarantee complete security.

Cookies and public-page measurement

Essential storage supports sign-in, security, privacy choices, and recovery of an interrupted request. Recovery session storage contains a pending request identifier and a one-way input fingerprint, not the photograph, lyrics, or filename.

Google Analytics uses Consent Mode v2 on public production pages. Visitors in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland receive denied defaults and a choice banner; unknown locations also default to denied. Other known regions use regional defaults. A saved rejection overrides the regional default. Limited page-view signals can be sent without analytics cookies before a choice or after rejection. These signals do not establish an exact count of identified people.

Public-page measurements omit URL queries and fragments. Account pages, private inputs, photographs, lyrics, email addresses, payment details, cookies, and credentials must not appear in analytics payloads. Development, preview, and acceptance visits are excluded from production analytics. Advertising and session recording are not enabled.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject optional storage or change a previous choice. Rejecting optional storage does not disable essential account features.

Your rights and adults-only service

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or object to processing, and withdraw optional consent. Proportionate account verification may be required to protect your information. You may complain to your local data-protection authority; UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

The service is for people aged 18 and over. If you believe a minor's information has been submitted, email support with a job or page reference. Do not attach or resend the image.
