AIRapVideoAI's product scope includes single-person and two-person (Solo/Duo) AI rap videos generated from photos and original lyrics, with a beat and theme. The single-person workflow uses Suno music generation through Kie and Kling AI Avatar Standard through Kie for photo animation and lip sync, with 15- or 30-second requests at 720p. The existing examples demonstrate single-person output. Duo is not currently offered for public generation, and completed Duo output has not been verified. AIRapVideoAI is an independent product; it does not claim endorsement by these providers.

Public generation and purchases are currently unavailable. Existing labeled examples show the intended output; they do not establish that a visitor can purchase or generate a new video. The following purchase and generation rules apply when the corresponding service is enabled.

Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. Keep your sign-in account secure and provide accurate information. Do not share your account, bypass access controls, or use another person's account without authorization.

Photos, lyrics, and acceptable use

Upload only photos of adults aged 18 or older. You must be a person shown in the photo, or have obtained the consent of every person shown for this AI rap video use. If other people appear with you, you must also have each person's consent. You must have the rights needed to use the photos and lyrics. Photos of celebrities, public figures, or anyone under 18 are prohibited, including people in the background. Confirm these age, consent, and rights requirements before submission; they apply to both Solo and Duo.

The following uses and content are prohibited:

• Child exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or any depiction of a minor in an uploaded portrait.
• Pornography, nudity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or attempts to undress a person.
• Photos of celebrities or public figures, face swaps, unauthorized use of another person's identity or likeness, impersonation, fabricated endorsements, or deceptive statements presented as genuine recordings. Consent does not permit any of these prohibited uses.
• Violence, graphic gore, terrorism, self-harm encouragement, threats, hate, or targeted harassment.
• Copyrighted recordings, protected lyrics, characters, brands, or other material you do not have permission to use. Do not request imitation of an identifiable artist's voice.
• Fraud, illegal activity, spam, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass content checks and account limits.

Real singers' names, cloned voices, and copyrighted original songs are not offered as product features. You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. You authorize processing of those inputs only as needed to provide, secure, and support your request. Uploading does not authorize us to feature your portrait or result in public marketing.

Report suspected abuse, rights violations, or an incorrectly restricted request to support@airapvideoai.com, with a job or page reference. Do not resend prohibited material. We may restrict access, remove access to unlawful content, or suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or attempts to evade safeguards. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain applicable.

AI disclosure and automated checks

Outputs are AI-generated. Results, the share preparation page, download controls and examples carry this disclosure on the website. Prepare AI-generated copy embeds a visible watermark in a browser-exported copy with audio. Keep the tab visible; export takes about the video’s length and depends on browser support (MP4 or WebM). Original MP4 downloads have no added watermark. Download filenames include ai-generated. Clearly label every shared video as AI-generated, retain any existing disclosure, and do not present it as an authentic recording of a real event or performance. Lyrics, music, likeness, facial motion, and lip sync can contain errors; results may be non-unique and may not qualify for copyright protection everywhere. Check rights and suitability before publication or commercial use.

The integrated workflow requires automated input, lyrics, and output checks before delivery. Live checks have not yet been verified for public use, so public generation remains disabled. Generation and delivery do not depend on a person approving individual jobs. A check can reject, fail, or time out; it cannot certify identity, age, consent, ownership, or commercial rights. A successful check does not grant legal permission to publish.

Credit packs, billing, and delivery

The one-time USD credit packs are:

• Starter: $6.99 for 25 credits.
• Creator: $14.99 for 60 credits.
• Pro: $37.99 for 160 credits.

There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Credits do not expire, are usable only within AIRapVideoAI, and are not cash, a transferable currency, or an investment. Waffo processes enabled purchases. Any applicable tax and the final payable amount are shown before payment. Credits are added after the payment has been confirmed. TEST transactions and promotional credits have no cash refund value.

A 15-second request reserves 9 credits; a 30-second request reserves 18 credits. A completed video charges its reservation once. A confirmed failure returns refundable reserved credits automatically, with the result shown after the ledger confirms it. An uncertain provider submission is recovered under its original identifier; it is not automatically submitted and charged again.

The 2–4 minute generation estimate is not a delivery guarantee. Where account history is available, return to the same job after an interruption. Download results you want to keep; media storage is not permanent.

Refunds and cancellation

The Refund Policy explains unused packs, failed generation, duplicate charges, and cash-refund requests. There is no recurring plan to cancel. A submitted generation may already have incurred processing costs and cannot be guaranteed cancellable. Credit restoration and cash refunds are separate operations. Closing an account does not by itself create a refund or waive mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and liability

Use the service only for lawful personal creative work. Availability and generated quality can vary. We do not guarantee artistic quality, likeness accuracy, uninterrupted operation, search rankings, an audience, revenue, or commercial rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond the commitments made at purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

Material changes are published with an updated date and additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.
