Purchases and credit packs

AIRapVideoAI offers the following one-time USD packs: Starter $6.99 for 25 credits, Creator $14.99 for 60 credits, and Pro $37.99 for 160 credits. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Credits do not expire.

Public purchases are currently unavailable. Test transactions do not transfer real money. Before checkout is enabled, this page and checkout must show the applicable cash-refund conditions. No discretionary change-of-mind refund window is currently offered. This does not limit remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Failed generation and automatic credit returns

A 15-second request reserves 9 credits; a 30-second request reserves 18 credits. A completed video charges its reservation once. A confirmed failed generation returns refundable reserved credits automatically. The job displays Credits returned after the ledger confirms the return; a support request is not needed to trigger it.

An interrupted connection alone does not mean generation has failed. Return to the original job. If provider submission or cost is uncertain, the system recovers that same job identifier, limits delivery, and reconciles the recorded cost. At the generation deadline, refundable reserved credits return automatically while provider reconciliation may continue. It must not automatically submit a duplicate paid job.

An automated content-check rejection, error, or timeout restricts delivery and follows the same recorded job and credit rules. Credits returned to your balance are separate from a cash refund. Demonstration and promotional credits have no cash refund value.

Cash payments and billing issues

For an unexpected or duplicate charge, an unauthorized purchase, an undelivered service, or an incorrect balance, email support@airapvideoai.com. Include the order or job reference, approximate date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or prohibited photographs.

We check the original payment and delivery records to establish the applicable remedy. Where a cash refund is due, it is returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. Associated purchased credits are adjusted to prevent use after refund. Processing and bank posting times vary; a support message or credit adjustment is not confirmation that a cash refund has completed. Mandatory consumer and payment-dispute rights remain available.

AI results, cancellation, and restrictions

Results are AI-generated. Wording, sound, timing, likeness, and lip sync may vary. A preference for a different artistic result does not itself establish failed delivery; this does not exclude rights relating to a defective service or a promise made at purchase.

There is no recurring plan to cancel. A submitted generation may already have incurred processing costs and cannot be guaranteed cancellable. Do not create another order to correct an interrupted request. Only adult photos are permitted. You must be pictured or have every person’s consent, including anyone pictured with you. Celebrities, public figures and minors are prohibited. Content or account restrictions do not remove mandatory refund rights.
